Scoutmaster - Paul Frankforter Honorary Tribesman (562) 936-0058 pfrankforter@aol.com Paul was a Scout himself and has been our Scoutmaster since 2009. He is currently in the process of completing his Wood Badge Training, which is Scouting's top level of adult leader training. This year he boasts that he has boys in Pack 126, Troop 126, and Venture Crew 126, Tribe of Tahquitz, the eldest receiving Eagle last year. He is Merit Bagde Councelor for: "Archery", "Leatherwork", "Family Life", "Photograghy", "Fishing", 'Music", "Art" Merit Badges.

Advisor Venture Crew 126 michael.johnson@troop126.com Prior to taking the Scoutmaster post from 2006-2009, Mike was an assistant Scoutmaster for three years, and activities chairman for one. He has completed the woodbadge training, which is Scouting's top level of adult leader training. He is the Merit Badge Counselor for: "Citizenship in the World", "Citizenship in the Nation", "Citizen in the Community" and the "Public Health" Merit Badge. |

Asst. Scoutmaster - Brian Russell Honorary Tribesman brian.russell@troop126.com Is the Council Vice President for District Operations. Formerly the Scoutmaster of Troop 126 for three years prior to Michael Johnson’s term, Brian just completed his term as Los Fierros District Chairman with oversight of all the Scout Troops,Cub Scout Packs, Venture Crews and Sea Scout Ships in the Los Fierros District which geographically involves the cities Long Beach (south of Carson Street), Signal Hill and Avalon on Catalina Island. Asst. Scoutmaster - Brian Hill Assoc. Advisor Venture Crew 126 Honorary Tribesman brian.hill@troop126.com Having been with the troop since 2003, Brian has been an active parent since the beginning, getting trained as an adult leader, and providing excellent support for our Scouting’s “two deep leadership” rule. Brian is also an Associate Advisor for Venture Crew 126. Also, being an Honorary Tribesman of the Tribe of Tahquitz, Brian is very active in keeping the momentum going with the older scouts. In addition to staffing Camp Tahquitz each summer, the Tribe's membership focuses on Native American Dancing, and Tribal Lore. Brian recently became Merit Badge Counselor for "Personal Management" and "American Business". |

Scoutmaster - Nancy S. nancy.schwartz@troop126.com Nancy Schwartz is currently a member of the Los Fierros District Training Team, and is Cub Leader Training Chair for the Los Fierros District Committee. She is Woodbadge trained, and has taken the "Putting Pizazz in the Pack," "Training Cub Scout Leaders," and "District Committees That Work" courses at Philmont (national BSA training center), and this summer will be taking the "Boy Scout Advancement" course. She is also the coordinator of the LBAC's "10 Commandments Hike." Nancy is Merit Badge Counselor for "Music" and "Scholarship". CNN Interview |
