BOY SCOUT TROOP 126 LONG BEACH, CA
| The Tribe is the Honor Camping organization of the Council, with members selected from among the older Scouts at Camp Tahquitz . The Tribe provides a volunteer staff for the camp and has a boy-run, year-round program based on Indian Lore and camping, with approximately 150 active youth members and 250 honorary adult members. To be eligible for Tribe membership, a Scout must be at least 14 years old, have attained the rank of First Class or above and hold two of these five merit badges: Camping, Cooking, Hiking, Backpacking or Wilderness Survival. |
